Every year, Cabriolet is powered by a crew of people who show up, jump in, and make the festival happen. No suits, no hierarchy—just a team figuring things out, solving problems, and creating something special together.

Volunteering with CFF isn’t about “helping out.” It’s about being part of the behind-the-scenes chaos—meeting filmmakers, running between venues, capturing moments, talking to strangers, and somehow making it all work.

Whether you’re into cinema, content, people, or just curious to see what goes on behind the screen, this is your chance to be in it, not just watch it.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it):

• Run the Screen: Play the films and keep the screenings running smoothly

• Capture the Moment: Take photos and videos of everything worth remembering

• Talk to the Crowd: Interview the audience, filmmakers, and familiar faces

• Be the Friendly Face: Welcome people, guide them, and answer questions

• Keep the Space Alive: Make sure the location stays ready and clean

You don’t need experience; just be present, responsible, and ready to jump in.
